Read any H/R brochure from any multinational company and they begin to all sound alike. Sayings like “employees are our greatest asset”, “we value the individual”, “our staff come first”, “developing the individual” all sound great, but what do they really mean?

At CCI Europe, we subscribe to the aforementioned maxims, but we aim to pay more than lip-service to the corporate credos. When hiring employees we value the applicant’s personal qualities, with the same weight as their professional ones. We value individuality, because we know it produces the kind of interaction that stimulates discussions and creates teams that work together to generate new synergies.

We aim to have a committed, well-educated and enthusiastic workforce that works together to realize the visions of our business partners, as well as a group of individuals that have the skills to succinctly communicate with our internal and external networks around the globe.

To date, we have found nearly 400 individuals who exemplify the core corporate values of CCI Europe and as business continues to grow, we look forward to offering more individuals the chance to join the CCI Community.
